Cancellation Policy for Subscription Services
This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is provided by Aspect Health Global Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") and applies to subscribers ("Subscriber", "you", "your") of our subscription plans related to the monitoring and management of blood glucose levels utilizing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology, specifically tailored for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) management ("Service"). This Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellation fees and procedures applicable to the Service's subscription options.
1. Subscription Options, Fees, and Minimum Commitment
The Company offers three subscription options for the Service:

2. Trial Period
In some cases, the Company offers a reduced cost trial period for new subscribers, which will be considered as the first month of the subscription. The Subscriber acknowledges that the trial month will be treated as a regular month in terms of fees and cancellation procedures. If the Subscriber chooses to cancel the subscription during or after the trial period, the terms of this Policy will apply, including the applicable cancellation fee for early termination.
