Subscription Cancellation Policy
This document outlines the Cancellation Policy ("Policy") of Aspect Health Global LLC ("Aspect Health", "we", "us", "our") regarding the early termination of subscription plans offered for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology services ("Services"). These subscription plans include durations of 8 months, 6 months, and 12 months ("Subscription Plans"), with fees ranging from $200 to $250 per month depending on the selected plan's duration and included features.

2. Early Cancellation Fee
Should you decide to cancel your Subscription Plan before its completion, an early cancellation fee will be imposed. This fee compensates for the initial costs incurred by Aspect Health in providing the above-listed inclusions at the start of the Subscription Plan. The fee varies based on the chosen Subscription Plan and the time of cancellation, detailed as follows:
