Aspect Health Global LLC offers a subscription plan for our service that helps you monitor and manage your blood glucose levels with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology. Our subscription plan has three options: a month-by-month plan, a 6-month plan, and a 12-month plan. The price of each option ranges from $200 to $250 per month depending on the duration and features of the plan.
When you sign up for our subscription plan, we provide you with services and products included in the price of your subscription plan and are delivered to you in the first few months of your subscription. We also provide you with coaching and medical consultants to support your plan creation and help you achieve your health goals.
We understand that sometimes life happens and you may need to cancel your subscription before it ends. However, please note that canceling your subscription early will result in a cancellation fee. This is because we incur most of our costs in the beginning of your subscription when we provide you with the initial services and products. The cancellation fee helps us cover these costs and continue to offer our service to other customers.
The amount of the cancellation fee depends on which option you have chosen and which month you decide to cancel. The table below shows the cancellation fee for each option and each month:

The cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file when you cancel your subscription.
To cancel your subscription, you must contact us by email at [[email protected]] or fill out our [contact us form] at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription within 72 hours of your next billing cycle, you will be charged for that month as well as the cancellation fee.
If you cancel your subscription without following this policy, you will lose access to our service and products immediately. You will also be responsible for any outstanding payments and fees that are due. You will no longer receive any pending shipments of CGMs or other included products, as well as relinquish your prescription.
By agreeing to this cancellation policy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.
